King Abdulaziz University Hospital Launches Telephone IVR system

The Dean of Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Mahmoud Shaheen Al-Ahwal, together with the Vice-Dean University Hospital Director, Dr. Amro AlHibshi, and some representatives from the Religious Affairs Unit, spearheaded the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the new King Abdulaziz University Hospital Telephone IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system on 03/08/1437H in the Main Lobby of the University Hospital.

The new IVR system is a collection of services which allows the patient to access legal provisions pertaining to their medical case which they can access thru telephone anytime, and anywhere.

The services includes provisioning of prayer and purity of the illness, provisioning religious advices, support service for women, and provisioning of fasting and accessing audio recordings of Sheik Mihammed Salih Al-Munajid.

To use this service, one can call, if inside the University Hospital, the extension no of 51888.
