Faculty of Medicine Colon Cancer Chair conducted Colon Cancer Awareness Campaign

Faculty of Medicine Colon Cancer Chair has conducted a colon cancer awareness campaign sponsored by the Dean of Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Mahmoud Shaheen Al-Ahwal, with the supervision of the Vice Dean University Hospital Director, and Director General of University Hospital.
The campaign aims to raise the community’s awareness, to impart knowledge of the importance of early detection screening for the disease, and ways to prevent it.
Distinguished group of students from the Faculty of Medicine was involved in this campaign that has lasted for 3 days, both in University Hospital Lobby and in Al-Salam Mall, from Thursday to Saturday, 2-4/Rajab/1435H (1-3/May/2014G).
