Community Service Awarding Ceremony

King Abdualziz University Faculty of Medicine and University Hospital have conducted an awarding ceremony for community service that was held last 22/11/2016G in the Main Auditorium of the University Hospital. This event was held under the auspices of the Dean of Faculty of Medicine, Prof Mahmoud Shaheen Al-Ahwal; the Vice Dean for Development, Prof. Omar Saadah; together with some Volunteering Services Advocates.

In his speech during the event, the Dean of Faculty of Medicine credited everybody who contributed to the success of the event. He also stressed out the importance of volunteering to help the community, and the significant role of the Faculty to the Community Services.

The head of the Community Service Unit, Dr. Bakr Helal, voiced out the significant roles of the Faculty and the University Hospital in addressing the importance and benefits of conducting community services, and promoting the spirit of volunteerism. Meanwhile, exhibition booths were organized where exhibitors have their chances to encourage everyone to do community service.
