Honoring Professor Hassan Abdul-Jabbar

Faculty of Medicine, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and under the patronage of the Dean of Faculty, Prof. Mahmoud Shaheen Al-Ahwal, have organized an honoring ceremony for His Excellency Prof. Hassan Abdul-Jabbar, the former head of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department, on Thursday 06/01/1436H (30/10/2014G) in the Main Auditorium of the University Hospital. The ceremony were witnessed by one of the most important icon and supporter of all Obstetrics and Gynecology medical research, Prof. Abdullah Basalamah; a large number of faculty members, and students.
The Dean of Faculty, Prof. Mahmoud Shaheen Al-Ahwal, has expressed his sincere gratitude and appreciation to His Excellency Prof. Hassan Abdul-Jabbar. He pointed out that Prof. Hassan Abdul-Jabbar had made a significant impact to both academic and administrative fields. He also recounts the scientific, academic, and administrative achievements attained by Prof. Hassan Abdul-Jabbar. Lastly, The Dean thanked Prof. Hassan Abdul-Jabbar for his the tremendous efforts and contribution for the Faculty during his term as the Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
In a speech made by Prof. Hassan Abdul-Jabbar, He thanked the Dean of Faculty of Medicine and all faculty members and staffs for the huge support they gave him during his term as the chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the loyalty they showed to the Faculty and University Hospital.
