University Hospital Patient Safety Day Forum

The Patient Safety Day was launched, under the auspice of the Dean of Faculty of Medicine Prof. Mahmoud Shaheen Al-Ahwal, in the main auditorium of the University Hospital on Wednesday, 22/07/1435H (21/05/2014G) .
The forum was attended by the Vice Dean Director of University Hospital, Dr. Amro Al-Hibshi, the Vice Dean for Clinical Affairs, Prof. Abdulmalik Tayeb, together with some hospital executives. The forum was supervised by Dr. Abeer Ahmed Arab. They organized several groups composed of students to create an approach to impart patient safety guidelines and/or construct new ways to improve the safety of not only the patients, but also the medical staffs.
The forum concluded with awarding ceremony honoring the participants for their great effort and achievements.
