1 - Pre-analytical Area (Phlebotomy)
Male and Female areas where blood specimens are collected from patients.
Location: First Floor in the Main Hospital building.
2 - Central Specimen Reception Area
It is an area where all the specimens from different units/ wards in the Hospital are received, some samples are prepared and barcoded through Phoenix Computer System and then distributed to various laboratory sections. This area is located in the Central Laboratory area at the Basement of main hospital building. It is mainly run by two staff Phlebotomists.
