About Us

A service desk is primary IT service in IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT ( ITSM) It is intended to provide a single point of contact to meet the need all users.

Goals

  • A unified center for Receiving and processing all IT request.
  • Easy to access users request.
  • First step to process and identify the problem then transferring to technical Unit.
  • Identify the problem commonly faced the users.
 

Services Provided

  • Answering every single phone calls.
  • Receiving all IT related requests and processing remotely if possible or sent it to the related units.
  • Solution urgent Request (High Priority).
  • Responding services and request by WhatsApp.
  • Serving politely every user, who are visiting personally.
  • Create domain users and reset the passwords on the spot.
  • Reset the password of Anjiz Users, on the spot.
  • Two Employees always ready to support in the office.
  • Follow up the work flows units until to solve the problem.
