It’s a Unit that follows-up with the Hospital information System (Phoenix).

Following are Health Information System Unit goals :

• Coordinating between all Hospital departments and the health information system programming company.
• Working with Hospital management committees to priorities the development of the health information system.
• Working on digitizing all Hospital services and make sure these services are within the Hospital Information system.
• Following-up on solving problems and seek to resolve them as fast as possible.
• Training staff on Hospital Information system according to each employee specialty.

• This Unit consists of 14 employees and their job is to coordinate between company personnel’s and Hospital departments to discuss their request and processed and analyzed with the programmers and then continue to work and seek a solution to the problems presented by the department and finally add any important customization into the system.
• System security control and give the proper permission to all the university hospital medical staff, administration and research center.
