The home health care department in King Abdulaziz and its services is considered as an integrated model to elevate the concept of health and social awareness in the community in addition to meeting health, psychological and social needs of the patients in their home setting.
In addition, to providing all the patient`s needs of health care, medical supplies, medicines, and admission in the hospital if necessary. Some special services are provided to patients sponsored by the National Home Health Foundation such as medical equipment, electrical appliances and restoration of the patient`s home to provide a healthy and suitable environment.
The Home Care Department has contributed a high level of medical and care services to achieving superior results in support and satisfaction of patients and their families; reducing the burden of home care to ensure the comfort of the patient and his/her family, and helping them to live with the situation efficiently and safely.
