Introduction of The switch-Board Department

The department is considered to be a connection link between the hospital and the outside world in the following tasks:
* Receiving in-coming and out-going lines and transfers them to the correct person.
* Paging for over heads.
* Replying on the Ministry of Health's Radio and transfers it to the director on-call.
* Paging the doctors and employees in case of emergencies.
* Reporting emergencies (Code blue, Fire, and Disasters).
* Sending and receiving official faxes.
